Having heard learned counsel appearing for the parties, the Court finds that the Arbitral Tribunal fixed the matter for 03.06.2024 and thereafter, further steps were required to be taken. 2.

Upon examining the arguments advanced, the Court is of the considered opinion that post 03.06.2024, there does not seem to be any plausible reason attributing delay to anyone of them. The same appears to have occurred bonafidely.

Therefore, in the interest of justice and as a final indulgence, the Court deems it appropriate to extend the mandate of the Arbitrator up to 31.07.2025.

The parties place on record their undertaking that they shall fully cooperate with the Arbitral Tribunal and shall not engage in any manner which causes a delay in the proceedings.

With the aforesaid directions, the instant petition stands disposed of.
