Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to approach the learned ASJ for cancellation of the respondent's interim bail which was granted vide order dated 06.12.2025 passed by the learned ASJ-05, New Delhi District, Patiala House Courts, New Delhi in Bail Matter 2094/25 under Sections 132(1)(B)/132(1)(C) of the Central Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 at PS DGGI/Delhi CGST. 2.

It is directed that in case an application for cancellation of the respondent's interim bail which was granted vide order dated 06.12.2025 passed by the learned ASJ-05, New Delhi District, Patiala House Courts, New Delhi is moved, the same shall be heard today itself. 3.
