After some arguments, Mr. Amjad Khan, learned counsel for the applicant, seeks permission to withdraw the present bail application, with liberty to move the Sessions Court afresh after examination of all independent witnesses.

Mr. Khan also seeks a direction for expeditious trial. As far as this aspect is concerned, Mr. Ajay Vikram Singh, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, submits that the prosecution will cooperate in the expeditious conclusion of the proceedings. The Trial Court is requested to consider the request at its own convenience having regard to the pendency and age of the matters pending before it.

The present bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.
