The present Appeal, filed by the Appellant, assails the correctness of the order dated 22.11.2025 ['Impugned Order'] passed by the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, North West District, Rohini Courts, Delhi in GP No.40/2024.

Briefly stated, the minor daughter of the parties has been diagnosed with epilepsy by Dr. (Maj.) R. K. Sabharwal at Ganga Ram Hospital. A dispute has arisen between the parties regarding the proper medical supervision and the choice of treating neurologist for the child.

It is noted that the child is presently under the treatment of Dr. Shefali Gulati, a senior specialist at the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi. Upon consideration of the material placed on record, this Court does not find any reason to interfere with the Impugned Order passed by the learned Family Court.
