Otherwise, respondent shall proceed in accordance with the Street Vendors (Protection of Livelihood and Regulation of Street Vending) Act 2014 or Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi Street Vendors (Protection of Livelihood and Regulation of Street Vending) Scheme, 2019 framed thereunder.
