% 31.01.2019 The parties have amicably resolved their disputes through mediation. The settlement is recorded in the settlement agreement dated 28th January, 2019, which is marked as Ex.C-1.
The settlement between the parties is lawful and is recorded.
The suit as well as counter claim are disposed of in terms of the settlement agreement Ex.C-1.
Learned counsel for the plaintiffs seeks refund of the court fee. Since the matter has been resolved through the mediation, the Registry is directed to refund entire court fee under Section 16 of Court Fees Act.
