% 11.04.2018 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Complainant is a Chartered Accountant. It is hard to believe that he would have paid the alleged amount to the petitioner and her husband on the pretext that they will get a flat allotted to him from the Ghaziabad Development Authority.

It is submitted that allotment is made by the said authority after the application is made and by draw of lot. Complainant, being a Chartered Accountant, would have been aware of this fact.

It is further submitted that petitioner's husband has already paid `1,35,000/- in all to the complainant. Petitioner is a woman. Petitioner's husband has already been granted regular bail. Learned counsel for the

petitioner will provide latest address of the petitioner to the Investigating Officer.

Keeping in mind the totality of facts and circumstances of this case, it is ordered that in case of arrest, petitioner be released on bail subject to her furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Investigating Officer/Arresting Officer/SHO concerned. Bail application is disposed of in the above terms. Dasti.
