Mr. Ripudaman Bhardwaj, CGSC informs that order of which compliance is sought dated 16th July 2024, had passed the directions to the respondent to decide the petitioners claim by passing a reasoned and speaking order and follow the ratio laid down in the decisions by the Division Benches of this Court in W.P (C) 6466/2014 and W.P (C) 7898/2018.

He informs that order passed by Division Bench in W.P. (C) 7898/2018 had since been stayed by Supreme Court by order dated 16th April 2025 in SLP (Civil) vide Diary no. 15604/2025. handed up in the Court and a copy of the same has also been given to counsel for petitioner.

Subsequently, an order dated 02nd May 2025 has been passed titled as "Speaking Order" stating the same and recording the decision to keep in pending for grant in terms of order dated 16th July 2024 passed by this Court.

Accordingly, petition is disposed of, considering directions passed by Supreme Court, with liberty to petitioner to revive the same, in case there is favorable decision by the Supreme Court in these matters. 5.
