By way of present writ petition, petitioner has claimed that his complaint dated 23rd March, 2015 has not been investigated by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) and Central Vigilance Commission and no reminder thereto appears to have been made. 4.

It is submitted by Mr.Pranav Sachdeva, learned counsel for the petitioner that the matter needs to be examined by the

respondents in view of the recent pronouncements of the Supreme Court reported in Special Leave Petition (Civil) No. 32138 of 2015, The Goa Foundation v. M/s. Sesa Sterlite Ltd. & Ors. Mr.Pranav Sachdeva further submits that the respondents are bound to follow the guidelines laid down in the case of Lalita Kumari v. Govt. of UP & Others (2014) 2 SCC 1. 5.

This writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent to examine the complaint dated 23rd March, 2018, to made by the petitioner, in the light to the applicable law within a period of three months from today and communicate the decision thereon to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the present writ petition and all applications stand disposed of.
