O R D E R

The present writ petition has been filed seeking directions to the respondents nos. 1 to 3, to initiate appropriate action to prevent the respondents nos. 4 and 5 from raising illegal and unauthorized construction on the property bearing Khasra No. 196 (part), Village Dallupura, Delhi110096. 2.

Responding to the present writ petition, learned counsel appearing for respondent-Municipal Corporation of Delhi ("MCD"), has handed over a copy of their Status Report, which is taken on the record. 3.

As per the said Status Report dated 05th December, 2025, ongoing unauthorized construction has already been booked on 03rd December, 2025 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. and a Work Stop Notice has also been issued to the Station House Officer ("SHO"), Police Station-New Ashok Nagar, Delhi on the same date. 4.

Accordingly, it is directed that the MCD shall take the requisite action against the unauthorized construction, with the assistance of the SHO, Police Station-New Ashok Nagar, after following the due procedure and in accordance with law.

Further, the SHO, Police Station- New Ashok Nagar, is directed to ensure that no further unauthorized action takes place in the property in question.

In case, any party is aggrieved by any action or non-action on the part of the MCD, their right to seek remedies in accordance with the law, is reserved.

The MCD is held bound to take time bound action against the unauthorized construction, after following the due procedure. 8.

Accordingly, with the aforesaid directions, the present writ petition, along with pending application, stands disposed of.
