The petition is for the following relief:

"i) Direct the Respondent No. I to decide/dispose of Case No. 763/2024, titled "Vidya Saini vs. Manoj Saini & Anr." filed by the Petitioner under Rule 22(3)(1) of the DMWPSC Rules 2016 and Delhi Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Sr. Citizen Act, 2007 whereby praying for eviction of the Respondent No.2 and 3 and their children from her Property bearing Flat No.B-5, Second Floor, 1443, Wazir Nagar, Kotla Mubarak Pur, New Delhi and Property No.D-48, Sector-6, Naida, Distt. G.B. Nagar, U.P.;

ii) Direct the Respondent No.4 to ensure the protection of the life and property of the Petitioner in accordance with Rules, 2016 and Senior Citizen Act."

that in the interregnum, he has received the communication of the SDM for hearing of the matter.

In view of the aforesaid, no direction, at this stage, needs to be issued. However, it is observed that the pending proceedings be taken to their logical conclusion as early as possible but not later than three months from the date of receipt of the copy of this order. 4.

With respect to jurisdiction, let the learned counsel appearing for the parties to assist the concerned authority.
