This writ petition is filed on behalf of the Petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief:- "A. By issuing a Writ of Mandamus directing the Respondent to allot Flat No. 84, Third Floor, Sector A- 10, Pocket-6, GRP-II, Narela, Delhi to the Petitioner; or, in the alternative, allot an equivalent flat of the same category, floor, and locality to the Petitioner at the same cost and on the same terms and conditions as were applicable under the DDA Housing Scheme, 2008."

averments made therein as also the documents appended thereto and pass a reasoned and speaking order within six weeks from today. Petitioner will be at liberty to take recourse to legal remedies in case of any surviving grievance.
