% 16.09.2016 RA No.261/2016 and IA No.6547/2016 & 6548/2016 (by defendant no.1) Learned counsel for plaintiffs has submitted that copies of some of the Annexure were not supplied and hence reply was not filed. No such plea was taken on last two consecutive dates. He has further submitted that he shall obtain copies of the same from learned counsel for defendant no.1 on his own during the course of day. He has lastly submitted that he shall file reply within two days from today and shall supply advance copy thereto to the opposite side. Learned counsel for defendant no.8 has submitted that since there is no cause of action against the said defendant, therefore no reply is to be filed by the said defendant.
