This writ petition is filed on behalf of the Petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the limited relief of direction to Respondent No. 2 to process and decide the pending applications dated 18.11.2024 and 19.11.2024 expeditiously for grant approval for Integrated Special and Inclusive Teacher Education Programme (Intellectual Disability) and Integrated Special and Inclusive Teacher Education Programme (Hearing Impairment), respectively. 2.
Issue notice.

without entering into the merits of this case directing the Respondent to decide the aforementioned applications within a period of two weeks from today. Needless to state, that while deciding the applications principles of natural justice will be complied with and a reasoned and speaking order will be passed, which will be communicated to the Petitioner within a week from the date of decision. Petitioner will be at liberty to take recourse to appropriate legal remedies in case of any surviving grievance. 5.
