O R D E R

% 06.04.2018 In view of the order made on 05.04.2018 permitting judicial officers who may not have approached the Court (i.e. the Supreme Court) to appear for the Delhi Higher Judicial Service (DHJS) examination in the direct recruit quota, learned counsel appearing for the Delhi High Court establishment, on advance notice, submits that the present petitioner too would be permitted to appear. In view of the statement made, it is open to the petitioner to appear in the examination. However, his selection and appointment will be subject to final outcome of the proceedings before the Supreme Court in W.P.(C) 287/2018 and SLP(C) 14156/2015 - in line with the orders of the Supreme Court dated 05.04.2018. The writ petition is disposed of in the above terms along with the pending applications.
