Learned counsel for the parties submit that all both the plaintiffs, as well as, both the defendants have amicably arrived at a settlement before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre on 04.11.2022, copy of which is on the record.

Both the counsels, on instructions, submit that the compromise is arrived at voluntarily, without any force or coercion and that all the parties undertake to abide by the terms of the settlement. 3.

A joint prayer is made that the suit for partition may be decreed, in terms of the settlement.

Considering the submissions made, the suit of the plaintiff is hereby decreed, in terms of the Settlement Agreement dated 04.11.2022. 5.

Decree Sheet be drawn accordingly.
