By way of the present writ petition, the petitioner is seeking grant of parole for a period of 04 weeks in case arising out of FIR bearing no. 118/2011, registered at Police Station Subzi Mandi, Delhi, for the commission of offences punishable under Sections 307/186/332/353/148/342/440/120B of Indian Penal Code, 1860 (hereafter 'IPC').

Issue notice. The learned ASC (Crl) accepts notice on behalf of the State.
