Petitioner has sought bail in case FIR No.348/2020 of PS Burari for offences under Sections 376D/506/342/328/34 IPC. After addressing partly, learned counsel for petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition since trial is at the fag end, with the request for directions for expeditious disposal of the trial. It is informed that only the second IO and one FSL expert remain to be examined. As regards second IO, the only role is that he filed supplementary chargesheet. As regards the FSL expert, learned counsel for petitioner submits that he admits the FSL report and in this regard he shall make a formal request before the Trial Court. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that there is no need to examine any defence witness. 2.

Considering the above circumstances, the bail application is dismissed as withdrawn.
