Crl. Rev. P. 200/2017 Heard.

In the present petition, the petitioner is the husband and the respondent No.1 is the wife and out of the said wedlock two children (respondent Nos.2 & 3) were also born. The respondent No.1 does not reside with her husband i.e. petitioner. Further, the respondent Nos.2 & 3, who are minors, are residing with respondent No.1 i.e. their mother/natural guardian.
