TEST.CAS. 62/2014 REEMA MAHAJAN @ DOLLY MAHAJAN On S.A.
Statement of Mrs. Dolly Mahajan W/o late Shri Virender Mahajan R/o B-1/1 [First Floor], Model Town -2, New Delhi I have executed the Settlement Agreement dated 18th July 2019, in terms whereof, I do not wish to continue with the Test Case No. 62/2014 and seek to withdraw the same. I further say that I am not claiming any rights under the Will dated 10th December 2009 which is the subject matter of the Test Case No. 62/2014.
I agree to abide by the terms and conditions as stated in the Settlement Agreement dated 18th July 2019.
The statement made by me is out of my own free will and volition without any pressure, coercion, fear or undue influence from any side and I shall not dispute the same hereinafter.
I undertake to abide by the said terms.

Statement of Sh. Vinod Kumar Mahajan S/o late Shri Sardari Lal Mahajan R/o B-1/1 [Second Floor with Roof, Model Town Phase-11, New Delhi I have executed the Settlement Agreement dated 18th July 2019, in terms whereof, I do not wish to continue with the Test Case No. 76/2013 and seek to withdraw the same. I further say that I am not claiming any rights under the Will dated 17th May 1999 which is the subject matter of the Test Case No. 76/2013. I agree to abide by the terms and conditions as stated in the Settlement Agreement dated 18th July 2019.
The statement made by me is out of my own free will and volition without any pressure, coercion, fear or undue influence from any side and I shall not dispute the same hereinafter.
