The present Bail Application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 / Section 483 of Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner seeking regular Bail in FIR No. 171/2023, under Section 302/120 B IPC, registered at Police Station Gokulpuri, Delhi.
