% 03.06.2016 CM No.23184/2016 Exemption is granted subject to all just exceptions. Application stands disposed of.

CM No.23183/2016 This is an application filed by the petitioner seeking correction in the name of counsel for the petitioner in order dated 19th May, 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no notice of the application is required to be served on the respondent as the correction is required to be carried out only in the name of counsel for the petitioner, which is a typographical mistake.

In view of the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the application is allowed and the name of counsel for the petitioner be read as "Mr.Rahul Mohod" in place of "Mr.Rahul Meho" in order dated 19th May, 2016.

Application stands disposed of.

It is made clear that as and when certified copy of order dated 19th May, 2016 is supplied, the copy of today's order i.e. 3rd June, 2016 be also supplied.
