% 27.08.2025 CM APPL. 53494/2025 (By respondents to dispose of the present Contempt Petition) 1.

The respondents, vide the present application under Section 151 of Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (CPC), seek disposal of the captioned contempt petition in light of the order dated 15.10.2020 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) 13720/2018 titled 'Sh. Rajesh Arora V/s North Delhi Municipal Corporation' as also in light of the speaking order dated 12.11.2020 passed in respect of the respondents' property, i.e. the property being No.11(Part), Court Road, Civil Lines, Delhi. 2.

It is the case of the respondents that this Court vide the aforesaid order dated 15.10.2020 directed the petitioner/ Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) to treat their writ petition as the respective representations after granting an opportunity of hearing to each of them. 3.

the petitioner/ MCD has been granting opportunities and after following the requisite procedures, has also passed subsequent orders, one of them being dated 12.11.2020.

Learned counsel for the petitioners agrees with the aforesaid submissions made by the learned counsel for the respondents and submits that he has no objection if the present application is allowed and the captioned contempt petition is disposed of.

In view of the aforesaid submissions by learned counsel for the parties, the present application is allowed and stands disposed of. CONT.CAS(C) 334/2015 6.

In view of the order passed in CM APPL. 53494/2025 hereinabove, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present contempt petition has become infructuous and he wishes to withdraw the present petition.

Accordingly, since it is the own case of the parties that nothing remains for adjudication in the present matter, the present contempt petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
