The accused/applicants seek regular bail in case FIR No. 106/2022 of PS Special Cell for offence under Section 21/61/85 of NDPS Act. 1.1 This bail application came up for the first hearing on 08.01.2025 before the predecessor bench and thereafter continued getting adjourned before different benches. Along with 179 such old pending bail applications, this application also was transferred to this bench. 1.2 Today is the first hearing before me.

After addressing partly, learned counsel for accused/applicant, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw this application with liberty to file afresh before the trial court after recording of testimony of the first IO or The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
