Learned counsel for respondents appears and states that they have already submitted documents, in the interregnum. 2.

Copies of such documents have been supplied to learned counsel for the petitioner, during the course of hearing. 4.

As per subsequent decision dated 20.11.2024 taken by Delhi Subordinate Service Selection Board, the Board has now given a provisional nomination to the petitioner under SC category subject to fulfilling all other conditions of eligibility and also subject to correctness of information furnished by the candidate in his application form and e-dossier.

to the Director, Directorate of Education, GNCTD. 6.

Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the matter is now under active process and once the verification is done, the needful shall be done, positively, within a period of six weeks maximum from today.

On the basis of the above said assurance given by learned counsel for the respondents, learned counsel for the petitioner, at the moment, is not desirous of pursing with the present contempt petition. 8.

The petition is, accordingly, disposed of as not pressed in view of the aforesaid development.

Needless to say, in case there is no further progress despite the above said undertaking given today, the petitioner would be at liberty to revive the present contempt petition by moving appropriate application.
