% 26.02.2016 C. M. APPL. 6312/2016 By the present application, the petitioner / applicant seeks correction of a typographical error in Para 7 of the order dated 23.09.2015 by which the writ petition filed by the petitioner was disposed of. Learned counsel for the respondent has also pointed out another typographical error in Para 10 of the said order. The prayer made in this application is not opposed. Accordingly, the fourth line in Para 7 shall read as under : "2007-2010 and also the period from 27.10.2004 to 17.10.2007 (period of suspension may be treated as period „Not on Duty‟)."
In second line of Para 10, the word proceedings shall be read as authority.
In Para 10 (i) second line, the word Disciplinary shall be read as Appropriate."
With these directions, the application is disposed of. Dasti.
