Though none appears for the appellant, the learned counsel for the respondent submits that the parties have entered into a settlement and have executed a Compromise-cum-Settlement Deed dated 08.04.2025. He further submits that based thereon, the parties have already filed a petition under Section 13B (1) of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, which has been granted by the learned Family Court. 2.

In view of the above, the appeal is disposed of. Pending application also stands disposed of as infructuous.
