The present appeal has been filed under Section 28(4) of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 (HMA) read with Section 19 of the Family Court, 1984 assailing the Order dated 11.07.2024 passed by the Learned Family Court, North District, Rohini Courts, Delhi in HMA no. 2241 of 2022, whereby, the application under Section 24 of the HMA has been allowed and the appellant has been directed to pay a consolidated monthly maintenance of Rs. 15,000/- per month to the respondent for herself and the minor daughter, from the date of filing of the application till further orders/during pendency of the petition. 2.
Perusal of the record shows that the salary certificate of the appellant is on record.
