Petitioner has filed the present petition inter alia praying as under: "In view of the aforesaid submissions and in the interest of justice, it is, therefore, most respectfully prayed that this Hon 'ble Court may graciously be pleased to :
a. issue a writ, order and /or direction in the nature of mandamus thereby directing the Respondent No. 1 to 3 to stop and seal illegal and unauthorized Colony being Carved settled on Agriculture land being VILLAGE RASUL PUR, ROHlNI, NORTH WEST DELHI KHASRA NO. 10/23, 6/15, 11/2, 7/24, 7/25, 12/2, 12/5, 19/22, 24/2.

b. issue a writ, order and /or direction in the nature of mandamus thereby directing the Respondent No. 1 to 3to remove the roads, boundary wall and houses constructed by Respondent no. 4 & 5 on the Agriculture land VILLAGE RASUL PUR, ROHINI, NORTH WEST DELHI, KHASRA NO. 10/23, 6/15, 11/2, 7/24, 7/25, 12/2, 12/5, 19/22, 24/2, c. Pass such other, further order/sin the facts and circumstances of the case as this Hon'ble Court may deem just and equitable in favour of the petitioner."

It is the petitioner's case that an unauthorised colony has been carved out on an agricultural land located in Village Rusul Pur Rohini, North-West Delhi comprising Khasra Nos. 10/23, 6/15, 11/2, 7/24, 7/25, 12/2, 12/5, 19/22, 24/2.

We direct the respondent no.2, Vice-Chairman, Delhi Development Authority and Chairman STF, to consider the contents of the present petition and if it is found that an unauthorised colony is being raised on agricultural land contrary to law, take appropriate action in accordance with law. 4.
