By way of this petition under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the petitioner seeks grant of anticipatory bail in connection with FIR No. 480/2025, dated 21.10.2025, registered at P.S. Prasad Nagar, under Section 118(1) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

The prosecution has handed up a status report in Court, which is taken on record.

Mr. Vineet Jain, learned counsel for the petitioner, states that the petitioner has been arrested during the pendency of this application, and thereafter released on regular bail. He therefore seeks permission to withdraw this petition as it has been rendered infructuous. 4.

The bail application, alongwith pending application, is dismissed as withdrawn.
