1. The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, praying as under:

"a) Issue a writ/ order / direction(s) in the nature of writ of MANDAMUS commanding the respondents No. 1 to 3 to issue a certified detailed statement of account to the petitioner with respect to property bearing No. D-3, Oriental Co-operative Group Housing Society, Plot No.32, I.P. Extn. Patparganj, New Delhi ;

b) Direct/ order the respondent No. 1 to 3 to transfer share certificate and other documents pertaining with respect to property bearing No. D-3, Oriental Co-operative Group Housing Society, Plot No.32, I.P. Extn. Patparganj, New Delhi un favour of Ms. Subhalaxmi in accordance with law."

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that subsequent to the issuance of notice, the petitioner has been provided a copy of the statement of accounts in respect of property bearing no.D-3, Oriental Cooperative Group Housing Society, Plot No.32, I.P. Extension, Patparganj, New Delhi. He states that he would deposit the outstanding amount and seek the transfer of share certificates for transfer of the residential flat in accordance with law.

It is apparent from the above that the first relief sought in the present petition stands addressed as the petitioner has been provided with a copy of the statement of accounts.

Insofar as the transfer of share certificates and other documents are concerned, this Court is informed that respondent no.1 has appointed an Administrator for the Society in question.

In view of the above, we consider it apposite to dispose of the present petition by directing the Administrator to process the petitioner's application for transfer of share certificates and documents, as and when made, in accordance with law.

The petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
