The present application filed under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita 2023 (formerly Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973) seeks extension of interim bail for a period of 30 days in the proceedings arising from FIR No. 78/2023, registered at P.S. Wazirabad for the offences under Sections 307/323/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.

The Applicant was granted interim bail on 14th November, 2025 for 15 days on account of his medical condition and forthcoming surgery in BAIL APPLN. 4020/2025. The interim bail was subsequently extended for a period of 10 days by order dated 1st December, 2025 in BAIL APPLN. 4617/2025 to enable the Applicant to recuperate following his surgery. 3.

upon the medical record which indicates that the Applicant's stitches are scheduled to be removed on 23rd December, 2025. 4.
Having regard to the material on record and the Applicant's medical condition, the interim bail granted to the Applicant is extended till 26th December, 2025, on the same terms and conditions as stipulated in order dated 14th November, 2025.

It is clarified that no further request for extension shall be entertained on this ground. Should the Applicant require any additional medical care thereafter, the same shall be provided by the Jail Superintendent within the jail premises, in accordance with law.

With the above directions, the petition is disposed of along with pending application.

Copy of the order be sent to the concerned Jail Superintendent for necessary information and compliance.
