CORAM:
HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE RAVINDER DUDEJA
O R D E R
% 10.12.2025 BAIL APPLN. 4788/2025 & BAIL APPLN. 4789/2025 & BAIL APPLN. 4792/2025 1.
These are three applications filed on behalf of the applicants for grant of bail (Transit Anticipatory Bail) in complaint case no. 1038/2024 dated 28.05.2024, under Section 323/341/379/387/498A/504/500/120B IPC and Section 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, registered at PS Mahila Thana, Katihar, Bihar.
2.
The Ld. Counsel who appears for the applicants submits that applicants have received summons from the Court of CJM, Katihar for appearance and therefore, the applicants may be granted transit anticipatory bail in order to enable them to go and appear before the Court of Ld. CJM and take further appropriate necessary action. 3.
As per the own averments of the applicants, they have merely received the summons from the CJM Court and no warrants or other coercive steps initiated, thus there is no apprehension of arrest of the applicants at this stage. That being so, the present applications for the grant of transit anticipatory bail are not maintainable. 4.
At this stage, Mr. Rahul Sharma, Ld. Counsel who appears for the applicants seeks permission to withdraw the applications. 5.
The statement made by the Ld. Counsel is taken on record and applications are dismissed as withdrawn.
