The accused/applicant seeks regular bail in case FIR No. 1140/2025 of Police Station Karol Bagh for the offence under Section 69/79 of BNS. 2.

In furtherance of last order, today learned prosecutor and learned counsel for prosecutrix have referred to some more documents forming part of the chargesheet according to which the accused/applicant allegedly registered multiple accounts at the same matrimonial site and one of those accounts was allegedly registered by him naming himself as a girl. according to the prosecution clearly shows the extent to which the accused/applicant has been cheating for sex.

After addressing partly, learned counsel for accused/applicant on instructions seeks permission to withdraw this bail application with liberty to file afresh before the trial court subsequent to testimony of some witness from the matrimonial site to prove the alleged material. 4.

As requested, the bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as sought.

As further requested, it is clarified that directions to record evidence on day to day basis was only as regards testimony of the prosecutrix.
