First Application under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 read with section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed on behalf of the Applicant for grant of Interim Bail for a period of 90 days on medical grounds in FIR No.241/2024 P.S. Special Cell.

It is submitted in the Application that the Applicant has to undergo angiography as he has been detected of major arterial blockages. The Applicant is not receiving adequate effective or specialized medical treatment in the custody. A prayer is made for grant of Interim Bail for 90 days.

The learned Special Judge, NDPS, New Delhi in its detailed Order dated 04.12.2025 as considered the medical condition of the Petitioner and has noted that his angiography is scheduled to be held in Safdarjung Hospital within the week. It has been, therefore, noted that because the Applicant is getting appropriate treatment at the renowned Hospital, no The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. Interim Bail was merited at that stage. However it was directed that if the angiography is not conducted within a week itself, for any reason beyond the control of the Applicant, he shall be at liberty to approach this Court again seeking similar relief. Since, the learned Special Judge himself has given an option to the Petitioner to approach afresh after one week in case the Angiography is not done, this Application is disposed of with liberty to the Petitioner to approach the learned Trial Court in terms of Order dated 04.12.2025.

The Petition stands disposed of accordingly along with the pending Application(s).
