The present petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India seeks the following prayers:- "a) Set aside/quash the orders dated 13/08/2025 and 20/11/2025 passed by Ms. Niyay Bindu, Ld. Judge, Family Court-01, South West District, Dwarka, New Delhi in HMA No. 1904/2024 titled "Naveen Kumar vs. Surbhi & Anr."; and/or b) Direct the Ld. Family Court to take on record the written statement already filed on behalf of the Petitioner and to afford her full opportunity to cross-examine PW-1 and to lead defence evidence before deciding the HMA petition; and/or c) Pass such other and further orders/directions, as may be required in the interest of justice and is deemed fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case."

With the consent of parties, the petition is disposed of with following directions:- (i) Written statement filed by the petitioner shall be taken on record, subject to payment of cost of Rs. 25,000/- to the respondent, by the learned Family Court. Thereafter, learned Family Court shall proceed in accordance with law.

Learned Family Court is requested to expedite the hearing without giving undue adjournment to either of the parties. 5.

Learned counsel for the petitioner ensures that no adjournment will be sought before the learned Family.

The present petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. 7.
