By virtue of the present petition, the petitioner seeks expeditious hearing of HMA No.1276/2018 entitled 'Aditiya Aggarwal vs. Neha Sareen' pending before the learned Judge, Central District, Family Court, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi (learned Family Court) in a time bound manner. 2.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the respondent, appearing through video conferencing, submits that since the present petition suffers from multiple concealments, the present petition is not liable to be allowed.

other before the learned Family Court during pendency thereof. 4.

Considering the nature of the proceedings as well as the conduct of the parties before the learned Family Court, and in the interest of justice, as also of the parties, the parties are directed to diligently appear before the learned Family Court on every upcoming date of hearing, without seeking any unnecessary adjournment(s). However, if any adjournment(s) is/ are still sought by the parties with sufficient reasons, it is left open for the learned Family Court to pass appropriate orders considering the circumstances involved.

Be that as it may, the learned Family Court is requested to try and dispose of HMA No.1276/2018 as expeditiously as possible, albeit, considering the pending cases and the daily roster before it. 6.

As such, the present petition, in view of the aforesaid directions, is disposed of.
