% 19.07.2018 On an oral request made on behalf of learned counsel for the parties, the present petition is taken up for hearing today. The date already fixed i.e. 29.08.2018 stands cancelled. With the consent of the parties, the present petition has been heard finally and is disposed of with the following order. The present petition under Sections 11, 12 and 13 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 was instituted on behalf of the petitioner, predicated on the non-compliance of a direction issued by this Court in the order dated 30.10.2017, whereby the Chief Secretary, Government of NCT of Delhi was directed to examine whether the Schedule Caste certificate issued to respondent No.5, was in accordance with law.
A status report dated 13.07.2018, authored by Mr. Akhil Kumar, SubDivisional Magistrate (Admn./HQ), has been filed. The same is taken on record.

A perusal of the said status report reflects that the concerned SubDivisional Magistrate, Karol Bagh, has conducted the enquiry, as directed by this Court and submitted his report, which is annexed as Annexed 'C' to the status report.
In view of the foregoing, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this petition, with liberty to assail the said enquiry report, in accordance with law.
Leave and liberty granted.
