A Petition under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed on behalf of the Petitioners seeking quashing of FIR No.330/2018 dated 11.08.2018 registered at Police Station South-East District, New Delhi.

The brief facts are that on 22.03.2018 the MCD members had come to the Camp, where the parties resided. At about 10:30 P.M the Respondent No.3 went to Petitioner No.4's shop to discuss about some garbage thrown near his general store, which led to an argument between them. On this the family members of their respective families also joined in leading to a dispute between them. During the altercation, Respondent No.2 fell and sustained injuries. On this Respondent No.3 entered Petitioner No.4's shop and destroyed and scattered the goods. The Respondent No.2 and 3 were taken to Hospital, where their MLCs were prepared on 23.03.2018. Thereafter, based on the investigations, the present FIR No.330/2018 under The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. Section 323/325/354/506/509/34 IPC was registered on the Complaint of Respondent No. 2 against the Petitioners.

It is submitted that both the petitioners and respondent No. 2 have already sorted out their all differences at the Mediation Centre, Saket Courts, New Delhi vide Settlement Agreement dated 21.08.2025 and they have left no grudge or grievance against each other in any manner whatsoever. The Petition is supported with the Affidavits of the parties. Therefore, the Petition be quashed.

The complainant is present in the Court and submits that it was a neighbourhood fight which resulted in registration of FIR. Now the matter has been amicably settled inter-se the parties without any pressure, fear or coercion. It is further submitted that she has no objection if the FIR is quashed against the Petitioners on account of the Settlement dated 21.08.2025 already arrived at between the parties. 5.

The parties are present before this Court in-person today, and have been identified by their counsel and Investigating Officer concerned. 6.

In view of the submissions made, the Petition is allowed. Accordingly, the FIR bearing No. 330/2018 registered at Police Station Okhla Industrial Area, for offences punishable under Sections 323/325/354/506/509/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 with all the subsequent proceedings and the charge sheet is hereby quashed qua all the Petitioners herein.
