By way of this petition under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the petitioner seeks quashing of FIR No. 480/2025, dated 21.10.2025, registered at P.S. Prasad Nagar, under Section 118(1) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, on the ground of settlement.

Mr. Vineet Jain, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw this petition with liberty to file the petition at an appropriate stage, if so advised.
