The present Writ Petition has been filed under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for quashing the Summoning Order dated 20.05.2022.

It is submitted that a similar Petition filed by the co-accused Anil Mohan Wig in Crl.M.C.472/2025 has been disposed of by this Court vide Order dated 24.01.2025.

Considering the submissions made, this Petition is also disposed of with liberty to the Petitioner to challenge the Summoning Order pending before the learned ASJ, in accordance with law. 4.
