% 06.04.2018 After some hearing, the counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be allowed to withdraw the present petition and the applications filed therewith, petitioner reserving the right to raise the contentions at the time of arguments before the trial Court that the plaintiff of the case has not discharged his burden of proof in respect of transfer of the subject property in his name by a duly executed and registered Sale Deed. The petition and the applications filed therewith are dismissed as withdrawn.
