% 01.12.2016 Crl.M.A. No. 17138/2016 Mr. Lao has tendered in court the status report which is taken on record. Copy of the same has been served on learned counsel for the petitioner. In conclusion, the said status report states that no cognizable offence has been found to have been committed on the complaint of the complainant. It is also stated that the final inquiry report in the above complaint case has already been filed before the court of Shri Jitender Pratap Singh, MM, Rohini Courts.

Counsel for the petitioner states that he has not received a copy of the said inquiry report. Let a copy of the same be also provided to counsel for the petitioner within two days.

In view of the aforesaid, this petition does not survive. It shall be open to the petitioner to take appropriate steps before the learned Magistrate. It is hoped that learned Magistrate shall expedite the hearing of the matter pending before him.
