This writ petition is filed on behalf of the Petitioners under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following reliefs:- "(i) Issue a writ of certiorari/mandamus quashing the auction notice dated 06.11.2025 and set aside the auction conducted on 28.11.2025, and all consequential actions arising there from;

(ii) Stay the issuance of sale certificate, confirmation of sale, or any dispossession of the Petitioner from the Subject Property; (iii)Direct Respondent to honour the foreclosure arrangement, pursuant to the letter dated 05.11.2025 and acceptance dated 29.11.2025. (iv) Direct the Respondents to maintain status quo with regard to title, possession and nature of the Subject Property." 4.
