Crl.M.A. 10600/2019 By way of this application, extension of interim bail is sought for eight weeks while undertaking that petitioner will deposit amount of ₹5,00,000/- within fifteen days and another amount of ₹5,00,000/- within eight weeks thereafter.

Let petitioner give aforesaid undertaking by way of affidavit within a week from today.

Subject to petitioner furnishing the aforesaid undertaking by way of affidavit within a week, interim bail granted to petitioner is extended

by another eight weeks. It is made clear that if undertaking in aforesaid terms is not furnished, then this order will become ineffective. It is also made clear that no further extension of interim bail shall be entertained. With aforesaid observations, this application is disposed of. Dasti.
