Heard learned counsel representing the parties. 2.

By means of instituting this petition in public interest, a direction has been sought to be issued to the Delhi Development Authority to provide No Objection Certificate (NOC) to Municipal Corporation of Delhi for developing the land in question comprising khasra no. 1902 (2-16), 1903 (413) and 1890 (4-16) situated in the ridge and further to remove the garbage and filth on the said land.

Our attention has been drawn to a letter dated 20.06.2025 written by the Municipal Corporation of Delhi to the Delhi Development Authority seeking The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. NOC for handing over the land for the proposed development as is reflected in the said order.

Accordingly, without entering into the merit of the claim of the parties, we dispose of the present petition with the direction to the Delhi Development Authority to consider the letter dated 20.06.2025, which has been enclosed as Annexure P-3 to this writ petition and communicate appropriate decision to the Municipal Corporation of Delhi on the said letter, expeditiously, same within a period of one month from today.

In view of the aforesaid terms, the present public interest litigation petition along with pending applications stand disposed of.
