Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

For redressal of its grievance, the petitioner has already represented itself before the Special Task Force (hereinafter referred to as 'STF'), Delhi Development Authority, by way of making a complaint, which is being attended to as well, as is apparent from a perusal of the documents annexed at page no.28 and 29 of this writ petition 3.

The submission on behalf of the petitioner by Mr. Umesh Chandra Sharma, learned counsel is that the complaint is not being appropriately attended to and the responsibility is being sought to be transferred by one officer to the other.

Having regard to the overall facts of the case, specially keeping in view the fact that the complaint is being attended to by the STF, we dispose of this writ petition with a direction to the concerned authority to conclude the proceedings initiated on the complaint made by the petitioner, as early as possible.

We further provide that if any action is warranted on conclusion of the said proceedings of the complaint, the same shall also be ensured by the respondents with due expedition.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with the aforesaid observations and directions.
