Heard learned counsel for the parties.

By means of this Public Interest Litigation Petition a direction has been sought to be issued to the respondents for establishing the dedicated Special Courts to deal with the offences related to Cyber Crimes and to equip such Courts with necessary infrastructure, technical support, etc. 3.
On a query by the Court, learned counsel for the petitioner could not bring out any statutory provisions which mandates creation of such Special Courts to deal with the offences related to Cyber Crime exclusively. 4.
In view of the aforesaid, we are unable to accede to the prayers made in this writ petition. However, in the overall facts of the case, we permit the petitioner to represent his cause with the authorities concerned by way of making an exhaustive representation, taking all the pleas which may be available to him.
