By way of present writ petition, the petitioner has challenged the registration granted to respondent no.3, namely, Hamdard Education Society.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in spite of the fact that the petitioner furnished a representation seeking cancellation of the registration granted to respondent No. 3, nothing has been done. 3.

exercise of its powers under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. 4.

The petitioner has to avail statutory remedy available under the provision of CGST/DGST Act, 2017 in this regard. 5.
