The present petition seeks the directions that all cases in different Courts which have been delineated in the prayer clause, be transferred to one Court for proper adjudication.

APP for the State opposes the present petition and states that all the cases related to different offences. In fact, the cases mentioned in paragraph No. (3) of the prayer is to be tried by the Mahila Court, Central, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi. Hence, all the cases are initiated in different time and are at different stages.

Having considered the above, it is evident that the cases in question arise from different causes of action and pertain to distinct offences. The legal issues in each case vary significantly, and as such, there is no overlapping subject matter or commonality that would justify consolidating The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. these cases before a single court. Moreover, the cases are at different stages of trial and were initiated at varying times. Thus, the Court finds no merit in the relief sought by the Petitioner.

Accordingly, the present petition, along with pending applications, is dismissed.
